LUZVIMINDA

It is a PFP project in collaboration with FilipinasNFT and Metain. Where in the collab will be an avenue to help promote Filipina artists in a global scale.

My art series LUZVIMINDA represents every "Binibini" on each island of the Philippines.
Luz:  (1/3)
She was inspired by Maria Claras of our beloved Manila. Luz is a simple woman who longs and waits patiently for the letters of her beloved as she gazes at the window to wonder what it is like to watch the stars with freedom without worrying about the future.
But she can only live the dream of hope through the letters she secretly writes at night.
Vi: (2/3)
Vi is a symbol of devotion and passion.
Inspired by the colonization of Spaniards, which religion was first introduced here in the Philippines;

I envision a woman so devoted to bringing the presence of her God to each individual that she carries a cross and wears a crown so that radiant the sun's light in the hope that her spirit shines through the hearts of everyone who sees her hard work in devotion for the Lord.

Nevertheless, she never cared about the doubters; as no one can take her heart with the desire to enlighten, she will persist.
Minda (3/3)

Minda is a woman of our colorful traditions and history. Inspired by the Tboli's of Mindanao, Minda is a woman rooted in the culture of her ancestors who lives and breathes the heritage of the natural gift of the Philippines.
A woman so free and proud; She wore colors of festivals to celebrate the beauty of what nature has given her people. She harnesses each element with grace, gratitude, and respect for its creators.

She believes that what is taken should be given back, and as she takes, she celebrates nature's gifts with her people through singing and dancing, Inspiring them to give out the same respect and be one with the earth.
